It is 8000 square meter park and it has 25 meters underwater tunnel. This park is owned by China Oceanis Philippines Inc. a subsidiary of China Oceanis Group Ltd. Manila Ocean Park is bigger then the most famous ocean parks Sentosa oceanarium in Singapore and the Hong Kong Ocean Park.

The Oceanarium will feature more than 20,000 marine inhabitants of approximately 300 species. Its a huge number no other ocean park owns it. The journey of this park is divided into six parts these are “Agos”; “Bahura”; “Buhay na Karagatan”; “Pating”; “Ang Kailaliman”; and “Laot”. All names are in filipino language.

The word Agos means Flow. It is rainforest motif with eight tanks of fresh water fish. Bahura (The Reef) is the exhibition of artificial corals in 48 tanks. Buhay na Karagatan means Living Ocean is a main attraction of park. It is a 25 meter long walk tunnel with a great view of ocean life. Pating (Shark) is a section of various types of Sharks. Ang Kailaliman is a Filipino word of the Deep. Kailaliman showcases the marine animals found in the deep ocean of Philippines. Laot(Fishing Ground) features big fish and Eagle-spotted rays in a long tank.

Manila Ocean Park opens from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. It is 7 days of week open for tourists. If you want to see and feel marine life this is the best place for you.
